We accept no liability for the content of files processed through TwentyOneTools.
Paid subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually depending on the plan you select at checkout. All prices are displayed in your local currency where available, with GBP (British Pounds Sterling) as the base currency.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first subscription, contact us at billing@twentyonetools.com for a full refund.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. If we increase the price of your current plan, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the change takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue at the new rate.
All content on TwentyOneTools — including the design, code, text, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to TwentyOneTools and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of TwentyOneTools without our express written permission.
The TwentyOneTools name and logo are trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
TwentyOneTools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversion results will always meet your expectations.
File conversion is performed by your browser using standard web technologies. We cannot guarantee that every file format combination will work on every browser or device.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TwentyOneTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of TwentyOneTools shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.
TwentyOneTools integrates with third-party services including Google (for sign-in) and Stripe (for payments). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice. In cases of serious violation, no refund will be issued.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TwentyOneTools shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of TwentyOneTools after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
